What this website collects
The public website does not create user profiles or store contact-form submissions. The scope builder runs locally in your browser and opens your own email application. Nothing you type into it is sent to NetWorms until you choose to send the resulting email.
The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps for security, reliability and abuse prevention. Retention and exact log fields depend on the final hosting configuration.
When you contact NetWorms
If you send an email or call, the information you provide is processed to respond, assess a requested scope, take steps before a contract, deliver contracted services, protect legitimate business interests and meet legal obligations. Depending on the relationship, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) or 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
What not to send initially
Do not include vessel names, owner or guest identities, hull numbers, credentials, access tokens, detailed network exports or exact live locations in the first message. A secure evidence-transfer method and an NDA can be agreed if the scope requires sensitive material.
Recipients and retention
Contact data may be handled by essential email, telecommunications, hosting, accounting or legal providers where required. It is kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, contract, legal obligations or the establishment and defence of claims. NetWorms does not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority (UODO). Contact sales@networms.eu to exercise a right.

This build does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Links to email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn open services governed by their own privacy terms.
Before production launch
The final hosting provider, infrastructure log retention, business registration details and any future contact-delivery service must be reflected here before the public deployment.
