I’m Oleksii Subota. I repair, install and refit yacht AV/IT systems, with particular attention to how guests and crew use them every day.
One job might be a stubborn fault; another might be cabin automation, a CCTV server or mounting Starlink. I work directly with Chief Engineers and Captains on the systems they need to run.

For Chief Engineers and Captains
A system can work technically and still make everyday tasks harder. I pay attention to the controls people touch, the steps the crew repeats and the way connected systems behave together.
For example, I placed CCTV viewing tablets where crew could see when guests had finished a course and time the next service. With cabin controls, I think about button size and clear icons as well as the wiring behind them.

How I work
You bring me the problem or the idea. I send a clear quotation explaining what I propose to do and what the work may affect.
I carry out the work, check it from the crew’s perspective and leave the instructions or system information the job needs.
